FAQ

  • Open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday-Sunday (weather permitting)

  • $80.00 per person 

  • $20 Observers

  • Actual flight time is 5-8 minutes

  • Meet at designated pick up point 10 minutes prior to departure time

  • Captain/crew will give a brief orientation, including safety procedures

  • Time on the boat can last for about 30 minutes to approximately an hour depending on the number of guests

  • All guests are required to sign a waiver

  • Parent/Legal Guardian must sign waiver with participants 17 years of age and younger

  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult

  • Minimum age: 8

  • Minimum weight: 90 lbs / Maximum weight: 450 lbs

  • We fly singles, doubles and triples depending on weight restrictions and wind and sea conditions

  • All guests are required to wear life vests

  • Guests should wear practical footwear, sunscreen and sunglasses with straps

  • Cameras, electronic devices and other personal items are brought at your own risk, they may get wet

  • Expectant mothers may not participate or ride along in the boat

  • People with heart or respiratory conditions, pre existing back or neck injuries may not participate or ride along in the boat

  • Wheel chairs are not permitted

  • Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hrs notice of cancellation.  Customers will also receive a full refund in the event we have to cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstance.

Pick up Locations:

 

Downtown Nassau -  For guests staying in Nassau or visiting by Cruise Ship - Woodes Rodgers Walk, the Parasail boat will pick you up between the Straw Market and Senor Frogs Restaurant right on the pier. A very short walk from the cruise ship docking terminal.

Paradise Island -  Located near the intersection of Paradise Beach Drive and Sir Sidney Poitier Bridge which is the incoming (entry) bridge to Paradise Island.  Look for the Toll Booths and follow the Ferry Boat to Nassau signs to the Dock located under to the bridge.
